★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei chocada porque não trocam as toalhas nos atendimentos,eu cheguei a manicure estava terminando de limpar a esmaltacao dos pés da cliente,ela chocoalhou a toalha e estendeu na mesa para me atender,Eu pedi pra trocar,e ela disse: mas eu não cortei ela,por favor né,se na casa dela moram 10 pessoas todo mundo se enxuga com a .esma toalha!e tb não adianta esterilizar os alicates e estapulas se usam a mesma lixa,Não usam álcool 70% Para higienizar as mãos e em usam luva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei o horário das 18 hrs , com 4 dias de antecedência, para fazer pé e mão. Cheguei as 17:50, a manicure simplesmente tinha ido embora. Ouve uma queda de energia e não tiveram o trabalho de me ligar, ao menos uma mensagem no whats. Uma falta de respeito, de profissionalismo, de consideração.
I scheduled the time of 18 hrs, with 4 days in advance, to do foot and hand. I arrived at 17:50, the manicure was just gone. You hear a power outage and they didn't have to bother calling me, at least a message on whats. A lack of respect, of professionalism, of consideration.
