★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante, pagar uma mensalidade pra quando precisar do produto e quando precisa não entregam, ter que ligar várias vezes é só escuta promessa que está chegando e nada .
Frustratingly, paying a monthly fee for when you need the product and when you need it do not deliver, having to call several times is just listening to promise that is coming and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência , solicitei ao comercial, pelo whats, com áudio bem claro , gás e instalação , fechei o serviço , paguei, trouxeram o gás e o mesmo não foi instalado..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o encerramento do contrato, informei que tinha 1 cilindro aberto e 1 cilindro lacrado. Demostrei esta solicitação onde informo que o cilindro estaria lacrado, ficaram me passando de um para outro, demoraram 15 dias para me mostrar um papel onde fala da retirada porem não fala ABSOLUTAMNETE NADA se o cilindro foi retirado aberto ou fechado, simplesmente falaram que e para cobrar normal sem explicação... NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA EMPRESA, falta de organização, falta de respeito ao cliente falta de claresa no processo. como cliente estou me sentindo estafado.

Eles alegam ser TRANPARENTES porem não conseguiram mostrar nehum documento onde fala que o que eu estou demostrando foi de fato do jeito que eles alegam. São uma piada como empresa, poco serios, não prezam pelo cuidado do cliente. Tenho ABSOLUTAMENTE tudo documentado.
NOVAMENTE REPITO, NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA EMPRESA. Pouco claros, pouco tranparentes sem padrão nehum para devolução dos cilindros... VERGONHOSO.
I requested the termination of the contract, informed that I had 1 cylinder open and 1 cylinder sealed. I showed this request where I inform that the cylinder would be sealed, they kept passing me from one to another, it took 15 days to show me a paper where it says the withdrawal but it says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING if the cylinder was removed open or closed, they simply said that and for normal charge without explanation... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, lack of organization, lack of respect for the customer, lack of clarity in the process. as a customer I am feeling burnt out.
WE WILL CLOSE OUR PARTNERSHIP!
They claim to be TRANSPARENT but they couldn't show any document where it says that what I'm showing was in fact the way they claim. They are a joke as a company, not very serious, they do not care about the customer. I have ABSOLUTELY everything documented.
AGAIN I REPEAT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not very clear, not very transparent, no pattern for returning cylinders... SHAMEFUL.
