★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia, a dra Consuelo, dermatologista, fica relutante em fechar a porta do consultório, mesmo com o salão de espera cheio de gente, apressando a diagnosticar qualquer irritação de pele como dermatite e sequer ouvindo o que você tem a falar. Arrogante e com a consulta curtissima e praticamente inútil.
 Bad experience, Dr. Consuelo, a dermatologist, is reluctant to close the office door, even with the waiting room full of people, rushing to diagnose any skin irritation like dermatitis and not even listening to what you have to say. Arrogant and with the very short and practically useless consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo. Médicos esquecem de seu comprometimento com a saúde, Dra. Hellenisa é uma profissional preconceituosa, além de ter pressa em atender. Se a consulta durou três minutos foi muito, comentários preconceituosos ao longo de toda consulta, sem nenhuma vontade de realizar o seu papel. Saí de lá humilhada, me sentindo desrepeitada. Ginecologistas precisam entender que ao trabalhar com mulheres a empatia há de vir em primeiro lugar, porém a Dra. deixa seus achismos pessoais interferirem em seu profissionalismo. Lamentável, nunca mais.
Absurd. Doctors forget their commitment to health, Dr. Hellenisa is a prejudiced professional, in addition to being in a hurry to attend. If the consultation lasted three minutes it was too long, prejudiced comments throughout the entire consultation, with no desire to perform its role. I left there humiliated, feeling disrespected. Gynecologists need to understand that when working with women, empathy must come first, but Dr. lets her personal thoughts interfere with her professionalism. Regrettable, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO, assim mesmo. Com letras garrafais. Dra. Carmen Elisa HORRÍVEL. Medicamentos existem no mercado a 15 anos e a médica tem a coragem de dizer que não tem conhecimento e nunca trabalhou com eles. Isso ou é um absurdo ou é grotesco. Como uma médica dermatologista não sabe sobre a linha de medicamentos mais avançada que existe para psoríase no mercado em todo o mundo? Repito, medicamento estes que estão disponíveis há pelo menos 15 anos. Resumo: consulta durou uns 7min e foi a mesma coisa que conversar com ninguém. "Eu não posso te ajudar, pois não sei nada sobre isso". Simples assim.
TERRIBLE, just like that. With bold letters. Dr. Carmen Elisa HORRIBLE. Medicines have been on the market for 15 years and the doctor has the courage to say that she has no knowledge and has never worked with them. This is either absurd or grotesque. How does a dermatologist not know about the most advanced line of drugs that exists for psoriasis on the market worldwide? I repeat, these drugs that have been available for at least 15 years. Summary: consultation lasted about 7min and was the same thing as talking to anyone. "I can't help you, because I don't know anything about it." That simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra. Eliana Tirico ginecologista é atenciosa e ouviu com empatia minhas dúvidas. Estou muito feliz em ter achado uma ginecologista confiável em São Paulo. Atendimento da recepcionista também foi ótimo, apesar de ter chegado atrasada, fui auxiliada para ser atendida na mesma manhã.
Dr. Eliana Tirico, a gynecologist, is attentive and listened to my questions with empathy. I am very happy to have found a reliable gynecologist in São Paulo. The receptionist's service was also great, despite being late, I was helped to be attended the same morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do dro Ricardo C. alencar Jr otorrino, me ouviu com atenção ,orientou muito bem passou exames necessários e sem pressa de terminar a consulta super recomendo esse profissional, já não posso dizer o mesmo da se é que pode chamar assim uma pessoa que não tem o mínimo respeito com o paciente a Dra Carmen Elisa Riggio do Val Anderi, não examinou meu filho de 2 anos direito , ficou nitidamente desconfortável com ele andando pela sala dela , como se ele fosse um perigo , foi super rispida , e a consulta muito rápida sem contar que passou um exame que ninguém entende o que ela escreveu , sai de lá me sentindo desrespeitada , humilhada pelo meu filho de apenas 2 ANINHOS. Posso até voltar nessa clínica mas apenas com o dro Ricardo.
I really liked Dr Ricardo C. alencar Jr otorrino, he listened to me carefully, guided me very well, he passed the necessary exams and in no hurry to finish the consultation, I highly recommend this professional, I can't say the same about if you can call a person like that. has no respect for the patient Dr Carmen Elisa Riggio from Val Anderi, did not examine my 2-year-old son properly, was clearly uncomfortable with him walking around her room, as if he were a danger, was super harsh, and the consultation very fast not to mention that she passed an exam and no one understands what she wrote, I left there feeling disrespected, humiliated by my 2 year old son. I can even go back to this clinic but only with Dr Ricardo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero acessibilidade. Se vc precisa de carrinho de bebê não vá a esse lugar. Proíbem os acompanhantes, então minha esposa teve q ficar com duas crianças na sala do médico sozinha sem ajuda. Péssimo lugar, péssimo atendimento e médicos mais ou menos.
Zero accessibility. If you need a stroller don't go to this place. Companions are prohibited, so my wife had to stay with two children in the doctor's room alone without help. Bad place, bad service and more or less doctors.
