★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei apenas 4 peças de bicicleta pra cromar e perderam 2, ou seja, metade das peças. Após 2 semanas e alguns "fica tranquilo que vamos resolver", disseram que não encontraram peça para repor e depois não tive mais respostas. E como podem verificar abaixo como são desorganizados, a pessoa que respondeu à queixa, sequer sabe do ocorrido, ou se faz de desentendido. E esse é o tratamento dispensado a um cliente, ser chamado de mentiroso... triste.
 I took only 4 bicycle parts to chrome and lost 2, that is, half of the parts. After 2 weeks and some "rest assured that we will solve it", they said that they did not find a replacement part and then I had no more answers. And as you can see below how disorganized they are, the person who responded to the complaint does not even know what happened, or pretends to be misunderstood. And that is the treatment given to a customer, being called a liar ... sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é muito bom, porém o prazo, o cumprimento do prazo e o atendimento péssimo!!!!!
Se vcs tivessem um pré venda melhor, um atendimento melhor, mais atenção para os clientes e cumprimento de prazo vcs dominariam o mercado, fiz um serviço e nao volto mais.
Os outros 4 que precisei fazer levei na concorrência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma peças da minha moto, liguei pra saber se estava pronto e estava, mandei o motoboy retirar quando ele chegou uma das peças tinha que refazer o serviço, disseram que iam me entregar no meu endereço, passou 4 dias e ainda nada, nem se quer entraram em contato comigo, não é a primeira vez que faço o serviço na CSL, o atendimento deixa a desejar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que reclamar sempre me entregam na data certo ow ate antes do prazo o Adailton cara gente boa sempre me alertou sobre alguma peça que estava errado ou mesmo precisaria de algum reparo antes de cromar. Nota 1000 pros caras
I have nothing to complain about, they always deliver me on the right date ow until before the deadline Adailton dear good people always warned me about some part that was wrong or would even need some repair before chrome. 1000 note for guys

Os preços são compatíveis com os de mercado e, qualquer problema que tive as peças foram refeitas; enfim, qualidade e confiança é tudo, se alguma peça não oferecer condição, eles não fazem o Serviço. Só tenho a Agradecer ? Obrigado a todos da CSL?
I always send my Opal parts and my VW SP2 for them to do the Chroming including the screws. The prices are compatible with those of the market and, any problems I had the pieces were redone; in short, quality and reliability are everything, if any part does not offer condition, they do not do the Service. I just have to thank ? Thanks to all of CSL?

Fiz uma mini viagem para levar a peça à Csl o atendente, do nada, mudou o orçamento para o dobro do discutido e acertado.
Total desrespeito ao consumidor.
Dou nota Zero.
