★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde ótimo está clinica a 5 anos que estou aqui melhorei muito os profissionais nem se falam comecei com a Amanda fisioterapeuta muito boa dedicada com os pacientes depois passei para de manhã o Dr Elias acumputura e a Dr Jaqueline fisioterapeuta gente nota 1000 pra eles um ótimos profissionais dedicados com os pacientes olha só coisas boas para eles muito boa está clinica por isto que vim pra ka e tenho do lado de minha casa e moro em itaqua parabéns ctclin

Medico são os melhores da região, n todos profissionais que eu confio, consigo fazer raio x e o médico olha o resultado na mesma hora. Só tenho que parabenizar a todos da CT clínica Suzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmei meu agendamento e ao chegar na clínica sou informada que não estava agendada, a fisioterapeuta desmarcou e ninguém, absolutamente ninguém me informou, nem por telefone, nem por e-mail nem pelo WhatsApp. Fiquei 15 minutos para conseguir falar com a recepcionista e durante esse tempinho vi três casos de irresponsabilidade e falta de comunicação entre a recepção e as fisioterapeutas. Marcaram horário para paciente e outro horário para o profissional, conclusão; o paciente vai embora mancando sem atendimento. Empatia nenhuma.
Complicado para quem não tem tempo e nem dinheiro pra ficar indo até a clínica para voltar sem o atendimento. Além da cara de palhaça que a gente fica se sentindo. Lamentável.
I confirmed my appointment and when I arrived at the clinic I was informed that it was not scheduled, the physical therapist canceled it and no one, absolutely no one informed me, not by phone, email or WhatsApp. I stayed 15 minutes to get to talk to the receptionist and during that time I saw three cases of irresponsibility and lack of communication between the reception and the physical therapists. They scheduled an appointment for the patient and another appointment for the professional, conclusion; the patient walks away limping without care. No empathy.
Complicated for those who don't have the time or money to go to the clinic to come back without care. In addition to the clown face that we keep feeling. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, quero manisfestar reclamação com a falta de comunicação entre a Central e a clínica que minha mãe fazia fisioterapia e acupuntura.
Pois vcs mandam confirmação para o atendimento e chegando na clínica a mesma não a atendeu, aliás foi tirada da lista de atendimento sem avisos prévio o que fez minha mãe idosa chegar ao local e ter que retornar para casa. Só um observação...disseram que ela foi retirada da clínica porque havia faltado 2 dias essas faltas foram avisadas pelo zap CENTRAL atestada pelo médico, no entan a clínica não alega não ter recebido essa informação e que minha mãe não faria seus exercícios.
Achei uma falta de empatia tanto do médico da clínica e de vcs CENTRAL E CLÍNICA (SEM COMUNICAÇÃO)entre ambas que não avisaram uma pessoa com dificuldades de locomoção para NÃO ir esperando a mesma ir até o local para ser impedida de fazer os exercícios. O ÚNICO ponto positivo deste LOCAL é o Dr.Diego Ortopedista. Humano e atencioso.
