02/03/2022 Fiscalização aduaneira.

09/02/2022 Objeto em trânsito Curitiba para o Rio de Janeiro.
11/02/2022 Objeto em trânsito Rio de Janeiro para Angra dos Reis.
Pois é, desde o dia 11/02/2022 o objeto está em trânsito, já abri uma reclamação 152.791454 (rastreio NX721485096BR), o qual me responderam por email que foi aberto uma investigação interna, e que eu aguarde.
Gostaria de uma resposta dos correios com datas, pois estou com muita urgência de mercadoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As minhas encomendas chegam no Brasil e sai de Curitiba e chega no RJ mais rápido do que esse correio de Benfica demora para enviar de um município para outro dentro do RJ, tem coisa q tá demorando quase 2 meses para ser entregue
My orders arrive in Brazil and leave Curitiba and arrive in RJ faster than this courier from Benfica takes to send from one municipality to another within RJ, there are things that take almost 2 months to be delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha encomenda voltou para essa unidade de tratamento pq fui informada que não atenderam. No horário de entrega 13h eu estava em casa e com certeza não tocaram no meu apartamento, outra moro em um condomínio que tem porteiro e ainda tem mais uma opção a administração do condomínio. Então impossível com 3 opções nenhuma atendeu ao porteiro que terá que voltar para entregar o sedex. Muito indignada pq estava esperando com urgência. E agora por isso foi Sedex e agora só vem depois de 2 dias. Espero que não volte para o destino em Recife.
My order was returned to this treatment unit because I was informed that they did not respond. At 1 pm delivery time I was at home and they certainly didn't touch my apartment, another one I live in a condominium that has a doorman and there's still one more option to manage the condominium. So impossible with 3 options none answered the doorman who will have to return to deliver the ups. Very indignant because I was waiting urgently. And now that's why it was Sedex and now it only comes after 2 days. I hope you don't go back to your destination in Recife.

Eles simplesmente não encaminham minha encomenda para Unidadede de distribuição em Magé RJ, não sei o que está acontecendo porquê a minha encomenda está parada lá desde do dia 20/04/2022 e não sai de jeito nenhum, eu preciso dessa encomenda para trabalhar, os correios simplesmente ficam fazendo a gente de trouxa. EU QUERO A MINHA ENCOMENDA, PELO MENOS ME DEIXAIR RETIRAR ELA, PORQUÊ O PRAZO DE ENTREGA JÁ EXPIROU. Alguém sabe me dizer se pode ir lá pessoalmente retirar a encomenda?
