★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Smart Samsung 4 K foi retirada para conserto, sem custo adicional, o orçamento deveria ser em 24 horas como obtive a informação, mas demorou 5 dias para me informar que não tinha a peça na Samsung de reposição para minha Smart e a mesma retornou sem custo adicional e com o mesmo problema, solicitei maiores informações sobre porque a minha Smart tinha retornado com o mesmo defeito e a alegação foi que o defeito era intermitente e não tinha a peça de reposição!!! e que eu procurasse uma autorizada Samsung...fiquei assim ???
My Samsung Smart 4 K was removed for repair, no additional cost, the quote should be in 24 hours as I got the information, but it took 5 days to inform me that I didn't have a spare part at Samsung for my Smart and it returned without additional cost and with the same problem, I asked for more information about why my Smart had returned with the same defect and the allegation was that the defect was intermittent and did not have a replacement part!!! and that I looked for an authorized Samsung...I was like this ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por enquanto 5 estrelas, vieram até Mongaguá retirar a TV para orçamento e possível conserto, é um serviço diferenciado a retirada e devolução em casa, "sem custos", os profissionais são muito educados e atenciosos, eu super recomendo.
For now 5 stars, they came to Mongaguá to remove the TV for budget and possible repair, it is a differentiated service to pick up and return at home, "free of charge", the professionals are very polite and attentive, I highly recommend it.
