★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguel para agenda um exame, tomografia da coluna, para minha surpresa, em plena pandemia, não pode agenda por telefone só presencial, sendo que não é pra fazer o exame e sim Só agendar . Porque não faz o agendamento por telefone? Até pra evitar aglomeração.

Uma espera de quase 5h para a realização de um exame particular com apenas 2 pessoas na frente, salão de espera praticamente limpo. Realmente deverá ter uma preocupação quanto há isso. Estou ainda aqui, saturada de esperar... um verdadeiro castigo. Simplesmente não recomendo
The service was very good, however with regard to the examination... regrettable! A wait of almost 5 hours for a private exam with only 2 people in front, the waiting room is practically clean. You really should have a concern when there is this. I'm still here, fed up with waiting... for a real punishment. I just don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no que se diz respeito à pontualidade. Pedem pra todos os pacientes chegarem no mesmo horário, resultando numa aglomeração enorme na recepção, em plena pandemia!! Como foi solicitado no momento do agendamento do exame , chegamos as 8h. QUASE 1 HORA de espera e nem sequer haviam chamado minha mãe no guichê de atendimento (e era senha preferencial !!!). Uma vez atendida no guichê e vamos de mais espera... em jejum, com fome, às 11h30 foi chamada pra fazer o exame.
Já era pra vcs terem começado a trabalhar com hora marcada há muito tempo! Uma desorganização tamanha! Uma mulher precisou voltar pra casa dela hoje pois não pôde esperar as 3 horas de castigo que ficamos hoje. PESSIMO PESSIMO PESSIMO!
Poor service with regard to punctuality. They ask all patients to arrive at the same time, resulting in a huge crowd at the reception, in the middle of a pandemic !! As was requested when scheduling the exam, we arrived at 8am. ALMOST 1 HOUR of waiting and they hadn't even called my mom at the service desk (and it was a preferred password !!!). Once she was seen at the ticket window and we will wait longer ... fasting, hungry, at 11:30 am she was called to take the exam.
You were supposed to start working by appointment a long time ago! Such a disorganization! A woman had to go back to her house today because she couldn't wait for the 3 hours of punishment that we stayed today. PESSIMO PESSIMO PESSIMO!
