Falta profissionalismo!
Não recomendo. O preço é bom, mas outros lugares fazem esse serviço muito melhor por um preço justo.
They filled my cartridge with inverted colors and didn't want to do the job again. The black ink cartridge lasted 1 day and then stopped working.
Lack of professionalism!
I do not recommend. The price is good, but other places do this service much better for a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente perguntei se podiam vir buscar meu cartucho, demoraram um pouco pra responder fui fazer outras coisas, quando peguei o celular, haviam me informando que o motoboy veio aqui e eu não atendi, me desculpei pelo ocorrido..
Me perguntou se podiam vir e combinamos deles retirarem.
Quando foi pra me trazer disseram que iam cobrar 1 entrega e meia por que o boy veio e eu não o atendi.
Primeiramente que se Você trabalha com entregas, deveria saber que só se manda o motoboy com a confirmação do cliente pra entrega, segundo que quem recebeu eles foi minha mãe, e disse que o motoboy chegou fazendo maior escândalo buzinando sem parar feito louco, provavelmente por que na primeira vez que vieram não foram atendidos.. fui super educada e pedi perdão, e em momento algum eles reconhecem que o erro na verdade foi deles, de mandarem entregar sem antes confirmar conosco horário.
Péssimos! Perdeu um cliente e se depender de mim não indico pra nenhum conhecido!!!

I was super polite and asked for forgiveness, and at no time did they recognize that the mistake was actually theirs, to have it delivered without first confirming with us the schedule.
Lousy! Lost a client and if it depends on me I don't recommend it to anyone I know !!!
