★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chamo Bárbara, comprei um ibbl Mio em abril/2021 a vela durou menos de 15 dias. Foi um transtorno, contratei uma empresa pra fazer a limpeza da caixa d'água antes mesmo do intervalo habitual achando que esse poderiam ser o motivo. Comprei um trio de velas, que não custou barato, e em menos de 15 dias, o mesmo problema. Pinga durante uma semana, depois nem isso. Minha irmã também comprou e o problema é o mesmo.

My name is Barbara, I bought an ibbl Mio in april/2021 the candle lasted less than 15 days. It was a nuisance, I hired a company to clean the water tank even before the usual break, thinking that this could be the reason. I bought a trio of candles, which didn't cost cheap, and in less than 15 days, the same problem. It drips for a week, then not even that. My sister bought it too and the problem is the same.

Os refis, que também comprei no Americanas.com (de outro vendedor), também chegaram corretamente, com os lacres intactos.
I purchased an IBBL Mio white water purifier, on 10/13/2021, through the Americanas.com website (Seller: IBBL Culigan - - Delivery: Americanas) and everything arrived correctly, in the sealed box, with all accessories and ahead of schedule. I recommend!
The refills, which I also bought on Americanas.com (from another seller), also arrived correctly, with the seals intact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de aguardar a mais de mês para o produto entrar em estoque, entrei para comprar e fui enganado pela IBBL. A empresa deveria ter vergonha em colocar propaganda de uma promoção na compra do purificador ganhe 70% desconto no refil e a de 5% desconto na primeira compra. Tudo mentira, fiz a compra e não recebi o desconto, tive que cancelar o pedido. Vocês estão enganando seus clientes, se fazem isso na pré venda, imagino o pós.

After waiting more than a month for the product to come into stock, I went in to buy it and was tricked by IBBL. The company should be ashamed to advertise a promotion on the purchase of the purifier, get a 70% discount on the refill and a 5% discount on the first purchase. All lies, I made the purchase and didn't receive the discount, I had to cancel the order. You are deceiving your customers, if you do this in the pre-sales, imagine the post.

Empresa irresponsável. Vamos procurar o Procon
