★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos em usarem as ferramentas de comunicação que eles mesmos disponibilizam para os interessados no curso. Já enviei várias mensagens no whats deles pedindo informações sobre os curso e depois de passar pelo atendente virtual solicitando um HUMANO, demora horrores. Isso porque o interesse é ser aluno, imagine se precisaria resolver questões maiores.
They are terrible at using the communication tools that they make available to those interested in the course. I've already sent several messages on their whats asking for information about the course and after going through the virtual attendant asking for a HUMAN, it takes horrors. That's because the interest is being a student, imagine if you would need to solve bigger issues.
