★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei da estrutura da escola, a qual conheço há anos. Com toda essa situação de pandemia, o que atrapalhou muitas coisas, senti firmeza em frequentar o espaço pois eles estão muito conscientes com relação a limpeza, álcool gel e máscara. Pelo menos isso não atrapalha alunos que gostam de sentar em bancos escolares!
I always liked the structure of the school, which I've known for years. With all this pandemic situation, which hindered many things, I felt firm in going to the space because they are very aware of cleaning, alcohol, gel and mask. At least that doesn't bother students who like to sit on school benches!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito melhor. Com a 'novidade' de ter que comprar material obrigatoriamente da escola, mostra o puro interesse comercial da empresa. Acho que isso deveria ser revisto. O valor está consideravelmente acima do cobrado por outros livros comerciais. Fiquei decepcionada!
It used to be much better. With the 'novelty' of having to buy material from the school, it shows the company's pure commercial interest. I think this should be reviewed. The value is considerably higher than that charged by other commercial books. I was disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho relatar um problema que tive com a unidade de Guarulhos minha filhas estuda lá desde 7 anos e venho empurrando várias coisas com a barriga mais agora chega.
Segunda feira fui fazer a compra do material didático da minha filha e tive a infeliz surpresa que agora é semestral além dos 50% de aumento na mensalidade agora temos que pagar R$270 por semestre para estudar 8 meses pois é esse o tempo de aula que é dado aos nossos filhos se fosse aplicado o 10 ou 11 meses legal mais absurdo a Dna Tamires ainda em linha telefônica se negou a me passar o link para a compra do material uma pessoa muito mal educada disse que eu teria que acessar o site com login do responsável financeiro eu porem não consegui e solicitei o link ela disse não posso fazer nada. Pedi para falar com o gerente SR Dennis pois estava inconformada e ele se negou a me atender todas a vezes que liguei, no link que consegui não pela funcionaria da cultura do material didático jogando ele na internet ele custa R$ 9,90 anual porem ao questionarem o gerente disso ele diz que o conteúdo é diferente mais a capa do livro em si tudo igual isso é um absurdo ele alegar mudar o conteúdo só para cobrar mais caro. ai disse que tiraria minha filha de lá e queria o reembolso do valor pago desde novembro que paguei a rematrícula
a Senhorita Tamires disse faca como quiser senhora. Da turma da minha filha desde que ela entrou só tem ela e a Larissa pois ele não sabem valorizar alunos. Peço providencias urgente!
