★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja no dia 21/10/21 interessada em comprar um jogo de rodas Aro 17 e pneus para meu carro, entrei na loja passei mais de 15 minutos e não fui atendida. O vendedor olhou de longe aonde estava numa sala mexendo no celular. Nem se quer se deu o trabalho de vir dar um boa tarde. Jamais menospreze um cliente. Estava até com chefe que também tinha interesse de comprar rodas Aro 20. Eu não estou pedindo favor!!! E sim pagando!!! Por favor aprendam a tratar bem os clientes!!! Jamais substime pela aparência!!! Fica aqui o meu relato e indignação!!!
I was at the store on 10/21/21 interested in buying a set of Aro 17 wheels and tires for my car, I entered the store for more than 15 minutes and I was not attended. The salesman looked from afar where he was in a room fiddling with his cell phone. He didn't even bother to come for a good afternoon. Never belittle a customer. I was even with a boss who was also interested in buying Aro 20 wheels. I'm not asking for a favor!!! And yes paying!!! Please learn to treat customers well!!! Never underestimate the appearance!!! Here is my report and indignation!!!
