★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente desagradável, entreguei minha impressora limpa sem um arranhão, qdo fui buscar encontrava se imunda de tanta poeira e com a parte superior com vários arranhões, não recomendo pela falta de cuidado.
 Unfortunately unpleasant, I delivered my printer clean without a scratch, when I went to get it it was filthy with so much dust and with the top with several scratches, I do not recommend it due to lack of care.

Inicialmente liguei para o estabelecimento perguntando se eles faziam manutenção em placa de vídeo, a resposta foi que sim.
Levei meu computador em uma sexta- feira, o prazo para me passar o orçamento era dois dias. O prazo estourou e não me informaram nada. Na quarta-feira consegui contato com o técnico e o problema que relatei não foi passado para o mesmo. O técnico fez teste em toda a maquina e não tinha feito justamente onde tava o problema. Por fim, ele me confirmou que o problema era na placa de vídeo e que eu teria que comprar uma nova pois a loja não fazia manutenção.
Informei ele que eu tinha levado pois falaram que eles faziam a manutenção e o mesmo verificou com outra pessoa e me passou um orçamento para arrumar a placa, sem mesmo verificar qual é o defeito.
O serviço poderia até ficar bom, mas por conta do atendimento preferi não correr o risco.
Não recomendo.
OBS: A CPU estava com os cabos todos organizados, eles me devolveram tudo bagunçado.
Terrible attendance!
Initially I called the establishment asking if they were doing video card maintenance, the answer was yes.
I took my computer on a Friday, the deadline for giving me the budget was two days. The deadline has passed and I am not informed. On Wednesday I got in touch with the technician and the problem I reported was not passed on to him. The technician did a test on the whole machine and had not done exactly where the problem was. Finally, he confirmed to me that the problem was with the video card and that I would have to buy a new one because the store was not doing maintenance.
I informed him that I had taken it because they said they were doing the maintenance and he checked it with someone else and gave me a quote to fix the plate, without even checking what the defect is.
The service could even be good, but because of the service I preferred not to take the risk.
I do not recommend.
NOTE: The CPU had all the cables organized, they returned everything messed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para verificar se era possível atualizar bios do meu pc e me informaram que sim, então levei meu computador para lá (zero), me devolveram o computador alegando não conseguir atualizar e ainda com o gabinete TODO amassado e arranhado, sendo que o equipamento foi conferido por mim no ato da deixa.
Ps: Levei na DATAFOR localizada Av. Barão do Rio Branco, 1798 e lá conseguiram atualizar a bios com um processador compatível, são muito atenciosos e tiveram o máximo de cuidado com o meu equipamento.
Fica aqui de orientação para outros "possíveis" clientes em ficar atento com a loja que não teve cuidado e nem me respondeu referente ao dano causado.
Não recomendo!!!!!
I got in touch to check if it was possible to update my pc's bios and they informed me that yes, so I took my computer there (zero), they returned the computer to me claiming not to be able to update and still with the WHOLE case dented and scratched, and the equipment was checked by me on cue.
Ps: I took it at DATAFOR located Av. Barão do Rio Branco, 1798 and there they managed to update the bios with a compatible processor, they are very attentive and took the utmost care of my equipment.
Here's a guide for other "possible" customers to be aware of the store that was not careful and didn't even respond to me regarding the damage caused.
I do not recommend!!!!!
