★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, eles não atendem, não respondem mensagens ou emails. Tive que comentar mas publicações do Instagram para ser "atendida" estou a duas semanas tentando falar com alguém e até agora nada. ?
Bad service, they don't answer, they don't answer messages or emails. I had to comment but Instagram posts to be "answered" I'm two weeks trying to talk to someone and so far nothing. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado gente, golpe puro, depois de um tempo vão te cobrar parcelas já pagas, estou muito chateada, mais de 1 ano que deixei de ser aluna, curso pago totalmente e eles vem e me enviam um e-mail com tal cobrança, e eu burra joguei o carne há menos de um mês, então cuidado, se já é aluno guarde o seu carne para o resto da vida, e se não é então nem seja, enfim agr to num cursinho comunitário muito melhor que esse maximize, muito mais organizados e humanos, procurem gnt, tem muitos e valem muito mais a pena.
Careful people, pure blow, after a while they will charge you for installments already paid, I am very upset, more than 1 year that I stopped being a student, I paid for the course in full and they come and send me an email with such a charge, and I I played meat less than a month ago, so be careful, if you are already a student, keep your meat for the rest of your life, and if it is not then, at least I am grateful for a community course much better than this one, much more organized and humans, look for gnt, there are many and they are much more worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o cursinho quando eu fiz em 2019(não era o extensivo), ótimos professores, boa localização, só que o motivo de eu estar dando 3 estrelas é só pelo fato que simplesmente o professor de português da época ficava me zoando, ridicularizando e me zombando...
I loved the course when I took it in 2019 (it wasn't the extensive one), great teachers, good location, but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is just because the Portuguese teacher at the time kept making fun of me, making fun of me mocking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi colocado 1 estrela porque não dava pra colocar 0 , fui realizar compra de um carro e simplesmente meu nome sujo por causa desse curso que NUNCA REALIZEI , fiz a contratação mas logo em seguida passei na faculdade então eu PEDI PRA CANCELAR, achando que estava tudo bem fui realizar compra não conseguir , eu espero que seja resolvido em 15 dias e o prazo que do pra vocês … fui ver desde quando meu nome está sujo desde 30/07/2018 e até hoje não resolveu se não resolver nesse prazo vou está indo PESSOALMENTE COM A POLÍCIA na unidade da paulista , isso é totalmente desonesto não fiz o curso cancelei logo em seguida.
O Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Art. 49, garante o direito de desistência da compra do produto ou serviço, no prazo de 07 dias a contar da contratação.
JA RECLAMEI NO RECLAME AQUI , NO PROCON , NAS MÍDIAS SOCIAIS DE VOCÊS , aguardo retorno no prazo se não estarei presente tomando medidas cabíveis.
It was given 1 star because I couldn't put 0 , I went to buy a car and just got my name dirty because of this course that I NEVER TAKEN, I did the hiring but soon after I went to college so I ASKED TO CANCEL, thinking it was all well I went to make a purchase but I couldn't, I hope it will be resolved in 15 days and the deadline I give you... I went to see since when my name has been dirty since 07/30/2018 and until today it hasn't resolved if I don't resolve it within that deadline I'm going PERSONALLY WITH THE POLICE at the São Paulo unit, this is totally dishonest I didn't take the course I canceled it right away.

I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED ON THE COMPLAINT HERE, ON PROCON, ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA, I await a response within the deadline if I will not be present taking appropriate measures.
