★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto da metodologia 0 português em sala de aula, as conversações que nos ajudam a perder a timidez e o medo de falar. Só não dou 5 estrelas por conta das marcações de aula, se vc N marcar assim que sair da aula corre o risco de não conseguir mais vaga e perder a semana.
 I like the Portuguese methodology in the classroom, the conversations that help us lose our shyness and fear of speaking. I just don't give 5 stars because of the class bookings, if you book N as soon as you leave the class, you run the risk of not getting more places and losing the week.

Pra marcar as aulas é uma dificuldade, ninguém atende telefone, você tem que ficar tentando em todos os mil números que disponibilizam, você que lute pra conseguir. WhatsApp também existe para não ser respondido, ou quando respondem te esquecerem pra dar retorno mas quando está próximo de vencer sua mensalidade não se preocupe que vão ficar ligando o tempo todo e também mandando wpp, pra você não esquecer. Se acontecer um imprevisto e precisar cancelar se prepare, enrolam até chegar perto do próximo vencimento e você ter que pagar novamente a mensalidade do mês + a taxa de cancelamento. Não recomendo! E TODAS as vezes que surgir oportunidade farei questão de contar minha experiência e não recomendar esta instituição. Os professores são excelentes! Mas o corpo administrativo deixa MUITO a desejar e infelizmente pra cada aula você precisa falar com eles.

WhatsApp also exists not to be answered, or when they answer they forget to give you feedback, but when your monthly fee is close, don't worry that they will be calling all the time and also sending wpp, so you don't forget. If something unforeseen happens and you need to cancel, get ready, roll until you get close to the next expiration date and you have to pay again the monthly fee of the month + the cancellation fee. I do not recommend! And EVERY time that opportunity arises, I will make a point of telling my experience and not recommending this institution. Teachers are excellent! But the administrative staff leaves a LOT to be desired and unfortunately for each class you need to talk to them.

Paguei o ano de 2020 inteiro e meu filho não assistiu nem 1 aula, devido a pandemia disseram q iam disponibilizar o link p aula e nunca disponibilizaram nada! Continuaram me cobrando e garantiram q em 2021 ele teria o ano inteiro pago! Enfim ja vamos p 2022 e eles não disponibilizaram as aulas e nem me restituirá o valor pago integral sem meu filho ter estudado! Por onde eu for falarei mal dessa unidade. Devolvam meu dinheiro

I paid for the entire year 2020 and my son didn't even attend 1 class, due to the pandemic they said they would provide the link for the class and they never provided anything! They continued to charge me and guaranteed that in 2021 he would have paid for the whole year! Anyway, we're going to 2022 and they haven't made the classes available and they won't refund me the full amount paid without my son having studied! Wherever I go, I will speak ill of this unit. give back my money
