★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um curso on line recentemente e não consegui ter acesso as apostilas digitais conforme contrato. Estou tentando entrar em contato com a instituição Exemplo há três dias e ninguém atende via telefone nem obtenho retorno via mensagem no site. O atendimento deixa muito a desejar.
 I hired an online course recently and was unable to access digital handouts as per contract. I have been trying to contact the Example institution for three days and no one answers via phone or get feedback via message on the website. The service leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So propaganda de marketing, não cumpriu com o seu contrato, uma disputa de professores desesperados para vender suas maratonas não inclusos no valor absurdo, de uma turma de teoria e exercícios, onde vc tem mais teorias e matérias atrasadas e incompletas na reta final px da prova.
Ja foi bom, hj so é o mais caro ,por nada .

Desorganizados, dão um horário de aula e na prática trocam as aulas por outra, fiz o curso p bombeiros, física tinha peso 2 e português peso 1, trocavam as aulas de física com maior peso por português sem avisar, professores faltando aula, 30 min de atraso, acabam a aula antes do horário. E pra piorar não terminam conteúdo antes da prova, quem quiser revisar tem que pagar ainda mais. Não recomendo! Vão só perder tempo! Mais fácil estudar em casa ou vídeo aulas! Não vão gastar dinheiro com ônibus ou gasolina, não vão se estressar com prof faltando aula e o preço que pagariam por tudo isso dá pra pagar vários outros cursos preparatório on-line! Primeira e última vez que faço esse cursinho! Não recomendo!!!
Bad course! Disorganized, they give a class schedule and in practice they change the classes for another one, I took the course for firefighters, physics had weight 2 and Portuguese weight 1, they exchanged the physics classes with greater weight for Portuguese without warning, teachers missing class, 30 min late, finish class early. And to make matters worse, they don't finish content before the test, whoever wants to review it has to pay even more. I do not recommend! You will just waste time! Easier to study at home or video lessons! They won't spend money on buses or gasoline, they won't get stressed about missing classes and the price they would pay for all this can pay for several other online preparatory courses! First and last time I take this course! I do not recommend!!!
