★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu cursei o eja em 2016 e até o momento não me foi entrego a publicação do diário oficial assim como prometido e não estou conseguindo fazer meu curso superior devido a isso.
 I attended the eja in 2016 and so far I have not been given the publication of the official diary as promised and I am unable to take my higher education course because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de 2 anos tentando pega o meu certificado, primeiro falaram q eu não tinha entregado todos os documentos e nem me ligaram pra falar nada, só avisaram quando eu liguei, e agora tem alguém q sai de férias e nunca volta! Fiz o eja lá pq esta precisando do certificado pra já, eles estão demorando mais doque uma escola pública! Sempre q ligo falo com a secretaria nunca falo com o responsável de lá! Meu esposo q pagou o curso já me pediu pra pedir meu dinheiro de volta! E a culpa nunca é deles ??
I've been trying to get my certificate for over 2 years, first they said that I had not delivered all the documents and they did not call me to say anything, they only warned me when I called, and now there's someone who goes on vacation and never comes back! I did the exam there because they need the certificate for now, they are taking longer than a public school! I always talk to the secretary and I never talk to the person in charge! My husband who paid the course already asked me to ask for my money back! It's never their fault, it's them

Horrible service, there is no nursing laboratory and the employees are all incompetent, the director is never present in the course and does not solve anything. They don't accept complaints and never solve problems. Do not take this course, the cheap is expensive. Grade 0
