★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava sendo anunciado nas redes sociais que o curso preparatório para o concurso da Barra seria dia 06/01, neste dia fui até lá e soube que havia sido adiado para dia 13/01, efetuei matrícula, paguei a taxa e voltei para casa. No dia 13/01 recebi mensagem que adiaram novamente para dia 20/01, dia 20/01 vi nas redes sociais (pois não recebi nova mensagem com informações) que tinha adiada de novo para 03/02. Ao questionar via whatsapp disseram que seria por conta do anúncio da banca, ok aguardei. No esperado dia 03/02 liguei a manhã toda e os telefones indisponíveis, mensagem pelas redes sociais e nenhuma resposta, fui até o local e portas trancadas, desde então, não obtive nenhuma resposta. Somente hoje dia 12/02 me contataram para dar alguma satisfação e devolver o valor, justificando que não foi formada turma. Enfim, não é uma empresa séria ou responsável, procurem outra que preze pelo respeito ao consumidor.
It was being announced on social media that the preparatory course for the Barra competition would be on 6/1, on this day I went there and learned that it had been postponed to 1/13, I enrolled, paid the fee and went home. On 01/13 I received a message that was postponed to 01/20, on 01/20 I saw it on social networks (because I did not receive a new message with information) that I had postponed again to 03/02. When questioning via whatsapp they said it would be because of the bank's announcement, ok I waited. On the expected day 2/3 I called all morning and the phones unavailable, message on social media and no answer, I went to the place and locked doors, since then, I didn't get any answer. Only today, February 12, they contacted me to give some satisfaction and return the amount, justifying that no class was formed. Anyway, it is not a serious or responsible company, look for another that values respect for the consumer.
