Nobody answers the phone, the reasonable course is the enem and writing teacher doesn't have it. Public tender is not good.

Já perdi a conta de quantas vezes já liguei mas ninguém atende. Difícil ter informação de valor e horário. Tem que ir lá mesmo, pois por telefone, não se consegue nada!
I never studied there yet. But I will, because it is one of the best in São Luís. My two-star rating is due to the service. I've lost count of how many times I've called but no one answers. Difficult to have value and time information. You have to go there, because you can't get anything on the phone!

One of the best preparatory courses for public and enemy competitions in São Luís with good teachers, however the Monte Castelo Unit needs renovation in some of its facilities and in the environment, to better welcome customers / students

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O curso (professores)é bom, mas, o atendimento é de péssima qualidade se você quiser alguma informação vá na instituição, pois lá eles não atende telefone (Telefone:(98) 3243-8030 só pode cair o dedo/mão) . Um curso como este tem que ter um telefone, mas que as pessoas atendam e não ter um telefone onde chama,chama que a ligação cai. No mundo em que vivemos onde tempo é ouro, ter que se deslocar para obter informações é um retrocesso. Estou fazendo cursinho no mesmo e quase uma semana tentando entrar em contato e ninguém atende essa a última vez.. Esperamos qualidade no atendimento por isso uma estrela,pois atendimento é algo primordial em qualquer estabelecimento/instituição.
The course (teachers) is good, but the service is of poor quality if you want some information go to the institution, because there they do not answer phone (Phone: (98) 3243-8030 can only drop the finger / hand). A course like this has to have a phone, but people answer it and not have a phone where it calls, calls that the call drops. In the world where we live where time is gold, having to move around for information is a setback. I'm doing cram in the same and almost a week trying to get in touch and nobody meets this last time .. We expect quality service so a star, because service is something paramount in any establishment / institution.

I've been trying to get in touch for days. There is no phone number to answer, neither for the Monte Castelo unit nor for COHAB. A tremendous lack of respect.
