★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido, buscaram meus cachorros, cuidaram bem, tem serviço de taxi-dog, providenciaram uma vacina que faltava, passeios com os animais, momentos de diversão, etc. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar sem avisar para conhecer as instalações, foi nos pedido para aguardar do lado de fora por uns 15minutos. Ao entrar, conseguimos ver apenas a parte de baixo. Nao foi permitido conhecer os restos das instalações como a parte de cima. Achamos a parte de baixo muito mal cuidada e suja, com cheiro ruim e escuro (é uma casa onde os cômodos são os locais para os cachorros ficarem). A parte externa, ao ar livre, é minúscula e sem area verde. Tudo cimentado. Havia alguns cachorros lá. Nao tive coragem de deixar meu cachorro lá.
When we arrived unannounced to visit the facilities, we were asked to wait outside for about 15 minutes. Upon entering, we can only see the bottom. It was not allowed to know the remains of the facilities as the top part. We found the underside very unkempt and dirty, with a bad smell and dark (it's a house where the rooms are the places for the dogs to stay). The outdoor part is tiny and has no green area. All cemented. There were some dogs there. I didn't have the heart to leave my dog there.
