★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma peça para minha máquina de lavar que custou 160,00 e tem garantia de 3 meses com 2 meses deu defeito e a loja não quer trocar alega que o fornecedor não quis trocar por mau instalação da peça, só que eu comprei com na loja e quem trocou foi um funcionário da Porto Seguro que trabalha com isso a 15 anos. Insatisfeita.
I bought a part for my washing machine that cost 160.00 and has a 3-month warranty with 2 months it was defective and the store does not want to exchange it claims that the supplier did not want to exchange it for bad installation of the part, only that I bought it at the store and who changed it was a Porto Seguro employee who has worked with this for 15 years. Dissatisfied.
