★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estão nem ai pras condições das pessoas, não fazem refinanciamento e nenhum acordo, e nenhum banco aceita fazer portabilidade com a Cury construtora... cuidado, é uma armadilha.
They don't care about people's conditions, they don't do refinancing or any agreement, and no bank accepts to make portability with Cury construction company... be careful, it's a trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com problema de infiltração, desde 8/2020 até hoje (22/03/2022)não foi solucionado. Este problema se vem da área externa para interna (fachada para dentro da unidade), acho que igual a muitos relatos aqui abaixo!

I have an infiltration problem, from 8/2020 to today (22/03/2022) it has not been resolved. This problem comes from the external to the internal area (facade to the inside of the unit), I think it's the same as many reports here below!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, você precisa se humilhar para conseguir um reparo no seu imóvel, depois que você recebe o apartamento, é só implorando para ajuste na má qualidade do serviço entregue. Na hora da venda é um sonho, todo mundo te liga e te atende, o pós venda é horrivel.
Terrible, you need to humiliate yourself to get your property repaired, after you receive the apartment, it's just begging for adjustment in the poor quality of service delivered. At the time of sale is a dream, everyone calls you and answers you, the after sale is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado pessoal ao comprar imovel com esta construtora. Comprei um imovel na planta e desde o inicio que entregou as chaves os elevadores tem dado problemas, elevadores da OTIS. Muitas pessoas ja ficaram presas, isso num condomínio com 4 meses de uso e olha que muitos ainda nem se mudaram. Da ate medo de usar los. A Responsabilidade de ter colocado elevadores ruins no condominio é da construtora. Nao indico pra ninguém, super decepcionada com a Cury.
Very personal care when buying property with this builder. I bought a property in the plant and from the beginning that I handed over the keys, the elevators have been giving problems, OTIS elevators. Many people have already been trapped, this in a condominium with 4 months of use and many still haven't moved. I'm even afraid to use them. The responsibility for having put bad elevators in the condominium is the construction company. I don't recommend it to anyone, super disappointed with Cury.

A Cury é daquelas empresas que não tem nenhum respeito pelos seus clientes... Comprei um empreendimento a mais de um ano as obras acabaram em setembro e até recebi um e-mail sobre a notificação da entrega das chaves porém o contato nunca foi feito... Tento entrar em contato na central de atendimento que não é capaz de informar um prazo real! Uma informação concreta! A Cury esquece que as pessoas compram apartamento pq precisam morar em algum lugar e quando entro em contato a orientação é aguardar como se eu pudesse sentar na guia de uma calçada com a minha família e aguardar nesse mês recebi o boleto do condomínio do apartamento que não existe nem um prazo pra entregar as chaves! Uma central de atendimento fraca pouco ou nada resolutiva que não possui supervisão não transfere ligação e é incapaz de ter compreensão quanto a situação que coloca o cliente da empresa que representa, informa prazos que não serão cumpridos, desligam o telefone, o atendimento pra conseguir falar na central é no mínimo 30 minutos, tenho protocolo aberto com a central de atendimento desdo ano passado sem nenhuma tratativa... Tenho reclamações no reclame aqui sem nunca serem respondidas... Um total descaso desrespeito e falta de comprimento e falta de processos consistentes para realmente resolver questões e tratar seus clientes com a seriedade que qualquer ser humano merece... Não indico
The experience couldn't get any worse!
Cury is one of those companies that has no respect for its customers... I bought a project more than a year ago, the works ended in September and I even received an email about the delivery of the keys, but the contact was never made. .. I try to contact the call center which is not able to inform a real deadline! Concrete information! Cury forgets that people buy an apartment because they need to live somewhere and when I get in touch, the advice is to wait as if I could sit on the curb of a sidewalk with my family and wait that month I received the ticket from the condominium of the apartment that I didn't There is no deadline for handing over the keys! A weak call center with little or no resolution that does not have supervision does not transfer calls and is unable to understand the situation that the customer of the company it represents, informs deadlines that will not be met, hangs up the phone, the service to be able to speak at the central it is at least 30 minutes, I have an open protocol with the call center since last year without any dealings... I have complaints in the advertisement here without ever being answered... A total disregard, disrespect and lack of length and lack of consistent processes to really resolve issues and treat their customers with the seriousness that any human being deserves...
