★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com o paciente.. ficar mais de uma hora para realizar um simples raio X. Este raio X foi solicitado apenas para ver o procedimento de um canal realizado. Com toda a certeza não recomendo está clínica (Cury unidade II).
Total lack of respect for the patient... staying more than an hour to perform a simple X-ray. This X-ray was requested only to see the procedure of a root canal performed. I certainly do not recommend this clinic (Cury unit II).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar desorganizado, sem ordem nenhuma pessoas que chegaram depois de mim já foram atendidas e receberam os exames. Quando perguntamos do porque disso disseram que o quadro está reduzido! ?
Disorganized place, no order, no people who arrived after me have already been attended and received the exams. When we asked why that was, they said the frame is reduced! ?

As recepcionistas tem um atendimento deplorável, totalmente despreparadas para o público e sua diversidade, elas foram super grossas com muitas pessoas deixando o público revoltado e até mesmo constrangeram uma menina trans a encurralando pelo seu nome de nascimento mesmo elas não sendo “o médico” que no caso seria o único com o tal direito de chamá-la assim.
Quem me atendeu foi uma chamada Cláudia, fazendo questão de fazer perguntas repetitivas na intenção de encurralar me colocando em posição de constrangimento. Já a outra estava sem o crachá de identificação. Pretendo não voltar nunca naquele local.

The receptionists have a deplorable service, totally unprepared for the public and its diversity, they were super rude with many people making the public angry and even embarrassed a trans girl cornering her by her birth name even though they were not "the doctor" that in this case, he would be the only one with the right to call her that.
Who answered me was a call Cláudia, making a point of asking repetitive questions with the intention of cornering me by putting me in a position of embarrassment. The other one had no identification badge. I intend never to go back to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber como as clinicas odontológicas (grande maioria) indicam este local para realizar os procedimentos, o atendimento é péssimo! Funcionárias grosseiros e mau educadas. Local é pequeno e o atendimento é por ordem de chegada o que faz o lugar ficar cheio e ter espera no atendimento (lembrando que ainda estamos em pandemia) . Não seria possível agendar horário? Enfim, não recomendo e não pretendo voltar nunca ...
I would like to know how the dental clinics (the vast majority) indicate this place to perform the procedures, the service is terrible! Rude and rude employees. The place is small and the service is on a first-come, first-served basis, which makes the place full and waiting for service (remembering that we are still in a pandemic) . Is it not possible to schedule an appointment? All in all, I don't recommend it and I don't intend to go back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabe aquela empresa que faz força para atender mal, perder clientes e etc? Então é essa aqui, nem merecia estar aberta. Falta de educação, falta de gentileza e tem a cara de pau de falar que não pode atender pelo convenio mas particular pode? Que que isso? Não recomendo.
You know that company that tries hard to serve poorly, lose customers and etc? So this one, it didn't even deserve to be open. Lack of manners, lack of kindness and have the nerve to say that you can't attend the contract, but privately can you? What is that? I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida na clínica tento pela recepção, quanto pelo radiologista, de fato o espaço para recepção e espera é pequeno mas os próprios pacientes não respeitam, é bem claro que não pode nesse momento acompanhantes, mas hoje dia 22/03 quando fui fazer uma radiografia, o que mais tinha eram pessoas acompanhadas. O exame foi muito rápido, assim como o atendimento, não fiquei 20 minutos da clínica e tmb já saí com o exame nas mãos.
I was always very well attended at the clinic, both by the reception and by the radiologist, in fact the space for reception and waiting is small but the patients themselves do not respect it, it is very clear that at this moment they cannot accompany companions, but today, 03/22, when I went to do an X-ray, what I had the most were people accompanied. The exam was very fast, as well as the service, I didn't stay 20 minutes from the clinic and I already left with the exam in my hands.
