★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo, além de esperar o cabeleireiro por 35 minutos, o cara não entendia o que eu pedia ,isso pq pedi um visagista na hora de marcar ,nem de longe era visagista, má vontade do profissional, a ajudante estava bem mais disposta que o cabeleireiro.... decepção... não vale o preço que cobram .

Para cortes masculinos recomendo o profissional Cuca, cara gente boa, já fez vários cursos fora do Brasil e tem uma técnica que poucos tem. Preço um pouco fora do padrão para algumas pessoas, mas a experiência vale a pena, excelente salão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente frustrada com o atendimento que tive no Corte e Cia. Primeiramente, quando liguei para marcar, perguntei sobre um cabeleireiro visagista e me indicaram uma pessoa que de longe não é um. Quando fui no dia agendado, expliquei ao cabeleireiro que me atendeu que eu não queria ficar mais loira, apenas queria tirar a marca que estava no meu cabelo entre a raiz, na cor natural, e as pontas, que estavam loiras. Além disso, falei que o corte que eu estava deixava o cabelo muito armado e que, como tenho rosto redondo, eu não gostava. Simplesmente o profissional não entendeu (ou pelo menos disse que não entendeu), deixou meu cabelo SUPER loiro, desde a raiz, que demorei mais de 8 meses para deixar crescer, e ainda fez um corte que ficou pior do que estava. Reclamei na hora que vi o resultado e ele então me fez voltar para tonalizar. Isso aconteceu no sábado, 10/06, hoje, 15/06, meu cabela já está voltando a ficar loiro, claro, porque está desbotando. Conclusão: estou com o cabelo uma palha por causa das 9 horas de química pela qual ele me fez passar, com um corte horroroso e com uma cor que eu não queria. Odiei o serviço!
I am extremely frustrated with the service I received at Corte e Cia. First, when I called to make an appointment, I asked about a visagist hairdresser and they indicated a person who by far is not one. When I went on the scheduled day, I explained to the hairdresser who attended me that I didn't want to be any more blond, I just wanted to remove the mark that was on my hair between the root, in the natural color, and the ends, which were blond. In addition, I said that the cut I had made my hair very armed and that, as I have a round face, I didn't like it. The professional simply did not understand (or at least said he did not understand), he left my hair SUPER blond, from the root, which took me more than 8 months to let it grow, and even made a cut that was worse than it was. I complained when I saw the result and he then made me go back to tone it. This happened on Saturday, 06/10, today, 06/15, my hair is already turning blond, of course, because it is fading. Conclusion: my hair is straw because of the 9 hours of chemistry that he put me through, with a horrible cut and a color I didn't want. I hated the service!
