★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é muito agradável e as pessoas muito simpáticas. Mas os profissionais não são preparados para cabelos cacheados (tipo crespo). Liguei marcando e perguntando se eles tinham experiência com esse tipo de cabelo e disseram que sim. Cortei o da minha filha lá, porque o salão especializado que levo ela estava sem vaga, e me arrependi profundamente.
 The atmosphere is very pleasant and the people are very friendly. But professionals are not prepared for curly hair (curly type). I called and asked if they had experience with this type of hair and said yes. I cut my daughter's out there, because the salon I take her to was out of place, and I deeply regretted it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitaram o horário agendado às 10:00h e colocaram uma pessoa na frente do meu filho. Alegraram o atraso da outra cliente e pediram desculpas. Entretanto o correto seria a pessoa atrasada esperar para o caso de haver outro horário. Inclusive havia outro profissional disponível que poderia ter realizado o corte de cabelo. Que bom que temos outras opções e pela falta de respeito fui cortar no concorrente que fica bem próximo.
They did not respect the scheduled time at 10:00 am and put a person in front of my son. They made the other customer late and apologized. However, the correct thing would be for the late person to wait in case there is another time. There was even another professional available who could have done the haircut. It's good that we have other options and due to the lack of respect I cut the competitor who is very close.
