(respondendo sua resposta: Só cumpram com o compromisso que assumem, data de entrega e volume. se não estão com capacidade produtiva é só rejeitar a venda. o pagamento tá na conta a 10 dias e só escuto que a produção não conseguiu entregar a carga.
