Liguei, no mesmo dia, atenderam, pegaram todos os dados da viagem, mas não me.deram retorno, liguei no dia seguinte, a mesma coisa, sem retorno algum. Liguei uma outra vez, me atenderam, deram retorno muito direto, sem disponibilidade para outras cotações em outras datas ou em outros hotéis. Enfim... Não gostei do atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz compras com eles e foi o maior transtorno que tive na minha, não tem profissionalismo falam mal dos clientes, debocham de vc o tempo todo, fizeram meu seguro viagem errado, meu Voo pela avianca foi cancelado e eles se querem entraram em contato comigo, voltei na loja e os msm não conseguiram resolver meu problema, preferirão colocar uma grávida pra me agredir verbalmente, chamaram a polícia pra mim, não só a polícia como os seguranças do shopping, à Dona da loja é uma senhora sem educação não só ela como todos funcionários, fui filmada no meu momento de desespero, e os mesmos andam divulgando vídeo meu na internet, à justiça vai ser feita!
