★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fez um pacote de viagem para minha família onde a entrada no hotel era anterior a nossa viagem, no final tive que pagar mais uma diária por não ter observado o erro deles. Não consegui receber de volta, não recomendo!
He made a travel package for my family where the entrance to the hotel was before our trip, in the end I had to pay one more night for not having observed their mistake. I couldn't get it back, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhemos a CVC Alagoinhas pelo atendimento inicial, foram super atenciosos e nos mostraram credibilidade.
Compramos um pacote para Gramado incluindo um pacote para o Tour de Vinhos Maria Fumaça, ao qual era nosso sonho, e passeio foi explicado pela funcionária que resalto, não informou que tinha 2 tipos de tour de vinhos, então foram explicado 1 passeio e vendido outro.
Só descobrimos que o passeio que compramos não era o Maria Fumaça quando chegamos a primeira parada do outro passeio.
Foi decepcionante, e ao entrarmos em contato com a loja fomos mal atendidos pela funcionária que antes atendia alegremente, o que deixou a gente ainda mais chateado.
Eramos 5 pessoas e a gente queria apenas entender o que tinha acontecido, porém não foi dada nenhuma satisfação, sim fui acusada de não querer o Passeio Maria Fumaça e sim o outro.
Tivemos percas financeiras, ficamos abalados emocional, pois era um. Sonho fazer o passeios, e aliado a isso o fato de não termos tido suporte.
Quando ligamos nem se quer tentaram ver o que tinha acontecido, já fomos recebidos com acusação de que aquele era nosso passeio e que a gente pediu aquele e não o outro.
Espero que melhore a forma de tratar os clientes principalmente em situação onde tem equívocos.
Despreparo
We chose CVC Alagoinhas for the initial service, they were super attentive and showed us credibility.
We bought a package for Gramado including a package for the Maria Fumaça Wine Tour, which was our dream, and the tour was explained by the employee who I emphasize, did not inform that there were 2 types of wine tour, so 1 tour was explained and another sold .
We only found out that the tour we bought was not Maria Fumaça when we arrived at the first stop of the other tour.
It was disappointing, and when we got in touch with the store we were poorly attended by the employee who used to be happy, which made us even more upset.
We were 5 people and we just wanted to understand what had happened, but no satisfaction was given, yes I was accused of not wanting the Maria Fumaça Walk but the other.
We had financial losses, we were emotionally shaken, as it was one. I dream of doing the tours, and allied to that is the fact that we didn't have support.
When we called, they didn't even try to see what had happened, we were already received with the accusation that that was our tour and that we asked for that one and not the other.
I hope it improves the way it treats customers, especially in situations where there are mistakes.
