★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tentei atendimento pelo whatsapp e me disseram que mandariam minha cotação por e-mail e nunca chegou ... Não pode falar pelo whatsapp, a loja do Boulevard aparece aqui como fechada e o e-mail estou esperando até hoje ... Difícil ne !
I tried service through whatsapp and they told me they would send my quote by e-mail and it never arrived... You can't speak through whatsapp, the store on the Boulevard appears here as closed and the e-mail is waiting until today... Difficult ne !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem recebida pelo atendente Davi, ótimo atendimento, super atencioso, respeitou todas as minhas demandas, me deixou a vontade para escolher o hotel que eu quisesse, muito atencioso e simpático, recomendo que procurem por ele quando forem a essa unidade, ah e recomendo tbm a irem no horário de almoço na sexta feira, é mais tranquilo.
I was very well received by the attendant Davi, great service, super attentive, he respected all my demands, he made me feel free to choose the hotel I wanted, very attentive and friendly, I recommend you look for him when you go to this unit, oh and I also recommend going at lunch time on Friday, it's quieter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo WhatsApp e na loja. Estou extremamente decepcionada pois não sabem vender pacotes de viagens. Prometem passar valores por email e WhatsApp e não passam, no telefone ninguém atende. A equipe precisa de um treinamento de como atender bem os clientes e sobre vendas. Um descaso enorme com os clientes.
Terrible service by WhatsApp and in store. I am extremely disappointed as they do not know how to sell travel packages. They promise to send values by email and WhatsApp and they don't, no one answers on the phone. The team needs training on how to serve customers well and on sales. Huge disregard for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à agência para ver pacotes de Lua de Mel, a atendente foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa, porém não nos passou valores e pacotes presencialmente e disse que os enviaria o quanto antes por whatsapp/email... o que nunca aconteceu. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada pois realmente achei que fecharíamos a viagem com ela. Um descaso enorme com o cliente.
I went to the agency to see honeymoon packages, the attendant was extremely helpful and attentive, but she didn't give us values and packages in person and said she would send them as soon as possible by whatsapp/email... which never happened. I was extremely disappointed because I really thought we would close the trip with her. Huge disregard for the customer.
