O detalhe é que praticamente 365 dias do ano estão abertos, então, atende a várias necessidades de tempo e agenda para os mais atarefados. Como fica de frente para os caixas eletrônicos os cartazes de promoções e ofertas (tradicionais) já te permitem antecipar ou aderir como sugestões, mas é preciso sentar e trocar uma ideia com os atendentes penso. Portanto, vai no shopping, passou pelos corredores do hipermercado, olhou pra direita derrepente fechou uma viajem, sei lá...???✈️

Que não consigo avaliar...
Sempre com filas enormes nos caixas, não tem um dia que não tem essas filas!
FALTA INTERESSE POR PARTE DA GERÊNCIA EM MELHORAR O ATENDIMENTO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, tivemos que ficar questionando diversas vezes sobre a nossa viagem, nosso vôo foi cancelado em Dez/21 e só descobrimos em Fev/22 a duas semanas do vôo porque ligamos na companhia aérea, a CVC deu zero atenção para o nosso caso, funcionários despreparados, supervisão fraca e sem respeito ao cliente. Nunca mais fecho nenhuma viagem com eles, total decepção.
Horrible service, we had to question several times about our trip, our flight was canceled in Dec/21 and we only found out in Feb/22 two weeks before the flight because we called the airline, CVC paid zero attention to our case, unprepared staff, poor supervision and no respect for the customer. I will never end any trip with them again, total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da CVC do Carrefour do Praiamar ! Dia 26/03 por volta das 11h30 da manhã entrei na loja para pedir dicas de viagens para fazer com a minha mãe de 85 anos. Fui atendida pela funcionária JULIANA com uma baita má vontade e não nos deu alguma explicação sobre a minha solicitação. Pelo que me pareceu ela não precisa fazer vendas.
Um bom vendedor se vende primeiramente para depois vender o produto, e disso ela não entende. Se está insatisfeita com o trabalho é melhor dar oportunidade a quem precisa.
A CVC só se queima com esse tipo de funcionário que está ali só para bater o ponto.
Após o envio do orçamento mandei um áudio agradecendo e disse a ela que iria procurar uma outra empresa e outra pessoa que me tirasse as dúvidas para fazer a viagem de comemoração de aniversário meu e da minha mãe que é no mesmo dia.

Terrible service from CVC at Carrefour do Praiamar! On 03/26 at around 11:30 am I entered the store to ask for travel tips to do with my 85 year old mother. I was attended by the employee JULIANA with a lot of ill will and did not give us any explanation about my request. It seems to me that she doesn't need to make sales.
A good salesman sells himself first and then sells the product, and she doesn't understand that. If you are dissatisfied with your work, it is better to give opportunity to those who need it.
CVC only gets burned with this type of employee who is there just to punch the clock.
After sending the budget, I sent an audio thanking her and told her that I would look for another company and another person who would clear my doubts to make the trip to celebrate my and my mother's birthday, which is on the same day.
