★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 4 passagens com o destino para o Chile em dezembro de 2019, para embarque em abril de 2020, com a companhia área Tam, na loja Cvc Itaqua Garden.
Devido a pandemia, a viagem foi cancelada, nos oferecendo duas opções: remarcar ou cancelar. Optamos pelo cancelamento e nos informaram que o dinheiro seria devolvido até dia 16/04/2021, porém até hoje não recebemos o dinheiro e nem o suporte da cvc, uma vez que, tento entrar em contato e eles não nos atendem. Tento conversar com a responsável Aline que nada é a mesma coisa.
Exijo uma resposta para já, pois já se passaram 1 ano e meio e nem um parecer eu recebi.
 I bought 4 tickets to Chile in December 2019, to board in April 2020, with the airline Tam, at the Cvc Itaqua Garden store.
Due to the pandemic, the trip was cancelled, offering us two options: reschedule or cancel. We opted for cancellation and they informed us that the money would be returned until 04/16/2021, but to date we have not received the money or support from cvc, since I try to get in touch and they do not answer us. I try to talk to the responsible Aline that nothing is the same thing.
I demand an answer right away, as it's been 1 year and a half and I haven't received an opinion.

my parents made a purchase of a travel package and will cancel their package without warning, they do not want to refund, they want them to pay for the package, they do not want to take another trip and they are rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei uma viagem há mais de um ano atrás para poder viajar em Abril de 2020, contudo a viagem foi Cancelada por conta da pandemia. Fiz o termo de anuência para o reembolso do valor e não tenho resposta. Tentei falar com a gerente Aline mas ela não responde e não me explica qual a situação. Não indico essa CVC para ninguém.
I closed a trip more than a year ago to be able to travel in April 2020, however the trip was canceled due to the pandemic. I made the consent form for the refund of the amount and I have no answer. I tried to speak to the manager Aline but she does not answer and does not explain to me what the situation is. I don't recommend this CVC to anyone.

Estou em busca da solução para essa remarcação e a Gerente Aline toda vez que entro em contato diz que está vendo e tentando solucionar o problema com sua superior nunca resolve nada, já tenho o mês determinado para a nova viagem e assim o pior de tudo é que já está PAGA A VIAGEM HÁ MAIS DE 1 ANO. DECEPÇÃO TOTAL COM A CVC ESPERO TER A MINHA VIAGEM REMARCADA SEM PRECISAR PROCURAR MEUS DIREITOS E ESSA SERÁ A ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE IREI UTILIZAR ESSE SERVIÇO E JAMAIS RECOMENDO ESSA CIA.
I have a problem with rescheduling a trip and it's been over 1 year. I'm looking for a solution for this rescheduling and the Manager Aline every time I get in touch says that she is seeing and trying to solve the problem with her superior, she never solves anything, I already have the month determined for the new trip and so the worst of all is that has already PAID THE TRIP FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT WITH CVC I HOPE TO HAVE MY TRIP RESCHEDULED WITHOUT HAVING TO LOOK FOR MY RIGHTS AND THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL USE THIS SERVICE AND I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CIA.
