★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção e atendimento precisam melhorar. Nem todas as pessoas que vão a loja pedir um orçamento irão comprar e se não forem bem tratadas, pior ainda. Em tempos de pandemia as empresas precisam ter um olhar diferenciado. O cliente quer viajar mas não se sente seguro e até desiste de uma compra se vir que o serviço não está de seu agrado. Já foi melhor, espero que volte a atender normalmente, em todos os sentidos.
Reception and service need to improve. Not everyone who goes to the store asking for a quote will buy and if they are not treated well, even worse. In times of pandemic, companies need to look different. The customer wants to travel but does not feel safe and even gives up on a purchase if he sees that the service is not to his liking. It's been better, I hope you'll be back to normal, in every way.

Atendeu várias ligações durante o atendimento, não fez questão alguma de ser gentil e sugerir nada! Totalmente o contrário do que se espera de um agente de viagens! Entrei na loja para comprar um produto e não para pedir favor a ninguém!! Péssima experiência!! Não indico para ninguém! Atendimento absurdamente ruim!
Terrible service!!!!! Totally inconsiderate employees! I was attended by an employee who paid no attention to my care! He took several calls during the service, he didn't make a point of being kind and suggesting anything! Totally the opposite of what is expected from a travel agent! I went into the store to buy a product and not to ask anyone for a favor!! Bad experience!! I don't recommend it to anyone! Absurdly bad service!
