Excellent service from Katia Damasceno and the manager Flávio. They got good flight options, more affordable than on airline ticket promotion websites. They were very attentive and as a break I almost had all the cappuccino in the store. Hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tenho que concordar com a fama do lugar, shopping de rico, achei bem sem noção os preços da área de lazer pra criançada e adulto também ,como por exemplo o boliche, as pessoas chegavam olhavam a tabela de preços e voltavam, muito caro, não tinha uma promoção. Infelizmente não temos para onde correr .
O estacionamento um absurdo, mas estamos no Brasil e o absurdo é normal.
Unfortunately I have to agree with the fame of the place, mall of rich, I found without notion the prices of the leisure area for children and adults too, such as bowling, people arrived looked at the price list and came back, very expensive, did not have a promotion. Unfortunately we have nowhere to run.
Parking is absurd, but we are in Brazil and the absurd is normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só coloquei uma estrela para poder comentar, comprei um pacote na cvc para o navio MSC, devido a pandemia o navio foi remarcado varias vezes e nenhum em momento entraram em contato comigo, se eu não tivesse ligada ainda estaria sem saber, os conhecidos que tenho que realizaram a compra em outra cvs foram informados. Atendimento pessimo, falta de repeito ao cliente.
I only put a star to comment, I bought a package on cvc for the MSC ship, due to the pandemic the ship was rescheduled several times and none of them have contacted me at the time, if I had not called I would still be unaware, the acquaintances I have who made the purchase in another cvs were informed. Terrible service, lack of respect for the customer.

Porém dessa vez resolvemos viajar de ônibus ,foi uma experiência excelente tbm, pois pegamos o guia Felipe ,o motorista Oliveira e o guia de Natal Câmara pense num pessoal animado, respeitador é bem instruído. Então 5estrela para cada um .
We always travel by CVC, we usually do air travel. But this time we decided to travel by bus, it was an excellent experience too, because we took the guide Felipe, the driver Oliveira and the guide of Natal Câmara think of a lively, respectful and well-educated staff. Then 5 star for each one.
