 I traveled this year (August) to Gramado by the cvc! Great experience, I had all the attention of Mathews ... who was of excellent service !!! I will certainly make more packages with them !!! It is worth mentioning that they changed owners and management ... it made all the difference !!!! Look for Mathews !!!!!

Entrei em contato com a CVC Lago do Major e solicitei que me atendessem, e foi um ÓTIMO atendimento de super qualidade e muito atenciosos, o Mateus e a dona da loja Gizele ótimo atendimento! Parabéns!
Super attentive, super recommended! We bought at the CENTRO CVC, but with Covid we need to reschedule and we were poorly attended with contempt, neglect and lack of return. I got in touch with CVC Lago do Major and asked to be served, and it was a GREAT service of super quality and very attentive, Mateus and the owner of the store Gizele great service! Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento na hora de fechar , antes do embarque, durante o passeio e no dia seguinte da chegada, Matheus sempre nos perguntando se estava tudo em ordem, se precisávamos de mais alguma coisa.
Com certeza volto a viajar com eles.
Excellent service at closing time, before boarding, during the tour and the day after arrival, Matheus always asking us if everything was in order, if we needed anything else.
I will definitely travel with them again.

Não resolve o meu problema e toda vez que eu ligo para tentar saber sobre me trata com muita grosseria, hoje perdi totalmente a paciente com a grosseria dela e tive que discutir ao telefone. Péssima experiência dessa loja com essa atendente, sempre comprei lá e nunca fui atendida assim.
Horrible! I was treated with a lot of hostility from a person named Gisele.
It doesn't solve my problem and every time I call to try to find out, she treats me very rudely, today I totally lost the patient with her rudeness and had to argue over the phone. Bad experience in this store with this attendant, I always shopped there and was never served like that.
