★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, compramos um cruzeiro no começo da pandemia com a Flávia, super gentil e educada, devido a pandemia acabou cancelando o cruzeiro e ela foi super solicita nós dando algumas informações, começando 2021 procurei informações sobre o cancelamento do cruzeiro e o Marinho também foi super solicito alegando que não estava mais na CVC de passos me passando um novo contato de um moço chamado MATHEUS, já é a segunda vez em que mando mensagem no whatsapp porém o mesmo não me responde, ninguém liga para falar como está a situação dos cruzeiros nem nada, mas na hora de vender é uma beleza né! Decepcionada com a CVC de passos, não recomendo!

Disappointed with the step CVC, I don't recommend it!
