★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um plano de viagem para joao pessoa..chegando ao hotel não existia reservas feitas em meu nome e nem da minha esposa..passamos por um constrangimento enorme...não deram atenção nenhuma..ficamos por mais de cinco horas até que o hotel nos hospessem num quarto bem inferior ao que nós tínhamos pago..o hotel resolveu depois de três dias...não desejo para ninguém o que eu e minha esposa passamos...uma vergonha o que a cvc nós fizeram.
We made a travel plan for joao Pessoa..arriving at the hotel, there were no reservations made in my name or my wife's name..we went through a huge embarrassment...they didn't pay any attention..we stayed for more than five hours until the hotel to put us in a room much lower than what we had paid for..the hotel resolved it after three days...I don't wish on anyone what my wife and I went through...shameful what cvc did to us.
