★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o pacote de viagens para determinado local parcelado, com 2 amigas, pagamos em dias e para mudança de data devido pandemia teve um aumento de 300,00 logo depois atrasamos um boleto em fevereiro e foi cobrado com 5 dias ótimo pagamos em dias e pagamos adiantado outro boleto, depois de 5 meses foi cobrado um boleto atrasado que nem sabíamos que tinha, tentamos pagar já faz 3 meses e a empresa não soube gerar o boleto para pagamento do boleto deixando gerar um juros altíssimo e causando constrangimento para nois, colocando o nome no SPC, sem responder a nossas dúvidas de como pagar o boleto e encaminhando o problema para outra empresa resolver que não respondem ao consumidor e só atrasam responder para cobrarem mais juros, por isso se forem contratar a empresa tentem não atrasar nenhum boleto porque caso contrário a empresa não sabe resolver o problema nem atualizar boletos para tentar ajudar o consumidor pelo contrário só sabem ligar cobrando mais não resolvem um simples problema, fora que guardem os comprovantes porque se pagar adiantado eles lhe cobram novamente dize do que você não pagou. Aqui fala uma cliente extremamente indignada. E sem resposta da empresa em tentar resolver o problema.

But, except that they keep the vouchers because if you pay in advance they will charge you again for what you didn't pay. Here speaks an extremely indignant customer. And no response from the company in trying to solve the problem.
