★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui ainda nesta Cvc mas com certeza minha próxima viagem vou procurar essa agência pois estou muito decepcionado com a CVC do litoral Plaza shopping não indico a ninguém falo mal sim nas redes social minha remarcação de viagem está desde julho de 2020 até hoje não resolveram é só enrolação o próximo passo agora é o Procon e reclame aqui é até mesmo um ação mas vou sim procurar vcs espero que o atendimento seja diferente
I haven't been to this Cvc yet but for sure my next trip I will look for this agency because I am very disappointed with the CVC of the coast Plaza shopping I do not tell anyone I speak ill yes on social networks my travel rescheduling is from July 2020 until today they have not resolved it is just bummer the next step now is Procon and complain here is even an action but I will look for you guys I hope the service is different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma atendente péssima chamada Bruna abreu consegue ser grossa com uma cliente se a cliente não entendeu Oq ela fala tem q repetir mim vez agora virar pra cliente em tom arrogante e falar “fui clara” isso pra mim não é atendente que presta pra um local para atender público essa é a vdd péssimo profissionalismo se não tem paciência pra responder mil vezes o cliente tem q mudar de trabalho. Fica meu repúdio pra CVC e pra essa pessoa chamada BRUNA ABREU aprenda a ser cordial com cliente por mais chato q ele seja vc depende dele pra ter o seu trabalho.
A lousy attendant named Bruna Abreu can be rude to a client if the client does not understand What she says has to repeat myself instead now turn to the client in an arrogant tone and say "I was clear" this to me is not an attendant who pays for a place to serving the public this is vdd terrible professionalism if you don’t have the patience to answer a thousand times the client has to change jobs. My rejection to CVC is, and for this person called BRUNA ABREU, learn to be cordial with a client, no matter how boring he is, you depend on him to have your job.
