★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo para clientes que não puderam viajar por causa da pandemia. Se recusam a reembolso, são mal educados, não estão preocupados em resolver problema de ninguém.
Não comprem dessa agência, são lindos na hora de vender, masss rezem para não ter problema depois.
Terrible service for customers who were unable to travel because of the pandemic. They refuse a refund, are rude, are not concerned with solving anyone's problem.
Do not buy from this agency, they are beautiful when it comes to selling, but pray not to have any problems later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito bem atendidas e conseguimos mudar o pacote comprado na pandemia por outro pacote e ainda poder pagar em boleto bancário. Super indico.
We were very well attended and managed to change the package purchased in the pandemic for another package and still be able to pay by bank slip. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, infelizmente não tive meu problema resolvido. Desde dezembro cancelei um cruzeiro e até hoje estão descontando as parcelas. A CVC diz que informou a MSC, essa porém visualizou a mensagem só em fevereiro. E nós estamos arcando com essa confusão

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um pacote de viagem para Maceió/AL, e informei a vendera que talvez teria q trocar a data da viagem, a mesma informou que poderia trocar a data em até 2 dias antes da viagem, e com isso 7 dias antes informei que não poderia ir naquela data por motivos de trabalho, formalizei o pedido a moça que me vendeu o pacote.
Primeiramente me disseram que não iriam cobrar multa, pois ja iria remarcar a data da viagem, posteriormente me falaram que seria sim cobrado a multa de 15% do valor do meu pacote, concordei em pagar a multa e a diferença para uma nova data da viagem.
Foi passado a data, os valores, concordei com tudo e estava crente que estava tudo certo para viagem ser dia 30/04 como combinado, me programei e avisei no meu trabalho que iria sair de férias nessa data..
Entrei em contato novamente para fazer o pagamento da diferença, e uma atendente informou que eu havia perdido todo o pacote e foi cobrado 100% de multa. conversei com a gerente e a mesma informa que não aconteceu isso, que o meu credito esta retido e aguardando liberação.
Tivemos que insistir muito para nos darem um posicionamento pois estavam fugindo de nós, não respondiam as mensagens, quando ligava o responsável não estava.
TOTAL DESCASO COM O CLIENTE E POS VENDA HORRIVEL.
Não recomendo a ninguém essa empresa, pois é dor de cabeça na certa, dizem uma coisa, depois não é aquilo, nao é de confiança.
I made the purchase of a travel package to Maceió/AL, and informed the saleswoman that I might have to change the travel date, she informed that she could change the date up to 2 days before the trip, and with that 7 days before I informed that I couldn't go on that date for work reasons, I formalized the request with the girl who sold me the package.
First they told me that they would not charge a fine, as they would already reschedule the date of the trip, later they told me that a fine of 15% of the value of my package would be charged, I agreed to pay the fine and the difference for a new date of the trip .
The date and the values were passed, I agreed with everything and I was convinced that everything was ok for the trip to be on the 30/04th as agreed, I programmed myself and warned my work that I would go on vacation on that date..
I contacted again to pay the difference, and an attendant informed me that I had lost the entire package and was charged a 100% fine. I talked to the manager and she informs that this did not happen, that my credit is withheld and awaiting release.
We had to insist a lot to give us a position because they were running away from us, they did not respond to messages, when the person in charge was not called.
TOTAL NEGLECT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND HORRIBLE POS SALES.
I don't recommend this company to anyone, because it's a headache for sure, they say one thing, then it's not that, it's not reliable.
