★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei atendimento via whatsapp e fiquei aguardando. O atendimento das outras CVCs da região já haviam sido frustrantes pois nem responder responderam. Então, a CVC do shopping de Itu entrou em contato comigo e a princípio tudo bem, mas o atendimento nas primeiras frases trocadas foi péssimo.
Me enviaram mensagem as 20h da noite, e eu só pude responder as 23h (o que foi uma troca de oi tudo bem), assim que respondi que estava bem recebi uma mensagem "Já está tarde, lhe chamo amanhã para vermos sua viagem ?" (isso pq só tinha respondido que estava bem, não cobrei resposta nem atendimento aquele horário), até aí tudo bem. Ignorei. Quando uma pessoa procura uma agência de viagens, ela procura confiando que a agência vai ajudar a escolher um pacote ou destino de acordo com o solicitado. Qual a dificuldade de passar essa confiança? Não tínhamos (eu e meu marido) um lugar em mente e pedimos pra mostrar as opções, mas queríamos evitar locais lotados devido a situação atual. Final de ano praticamente não existe destino vazio, mas queriamos evitar praia que super lota, por exemplo. A resposta foi "bom, essa é uma época que lota naturalmente , não tenho como garantir isso". Eu sinceramente estou cansada da falta de educação e do péssimo atendimento de salto e Itu. Existiam várias outras formas de responder sem ser grosseiro, não passa um pingo de confiança, não é gentil e ainda por cima responde como se sempre estivesse tentando sair por cima. Enfim, por favor, melhorem o atendimento! Em momento nenhum eles foram OFENSIVOS. Mas não ser ofensivo não quer dizer que sabe ser gentil com as outras pessoas. Não foi ofensivo, mas não soube oferecer um atendimento básico de troca de confiança.
I requested service via whatsapp and I was waiting. The attendance of other CVCs in the region had already been frustrating because they did not even respond. So, the CVC of the Itu shopping center contacted me and at first everything was fine, but the service in the first few sentences was terrible.
They sent me a message at 8 pm, and I was only able to reply at 11 pm (which was a hello exchange all right), so I replied that it was okay I received a message "It's late, I'll call you tomorrow to see your trip ?" (that was because I only replied that it was okay, I didn’t charge for a reply or an appointment at that time), so far so good. I ignored it. When a person searches for a travel agency, he searches with confidence that the agency will help to choose a package or destination as requested. How difficult is it to pass this trust? We did not (my husband and I) have a place in mind and asked to show the options, but we wanted to avoid crowded places due to the current situation. At the end of the year there is practically no empty destination, but we wanted to avoid an overcrowded beach, for example. The answer was "well, this is a season that fills naturally, I can't guarantee it". I honestly am tired of the lack of education and the bad service of jumping and Itu. There were several other ways to respond without being rude, not a bit of confidence, not kind and on top of that he responds as if he were always trying to come out on top. Anyway, please improve the service! At no time were they OFFENSIVE. But not being offensive does not mean that you know how to be kind to other people. It was not offensive, but did not know how to offer a basic trust exchange service.

Tive q por conta, buscar informações, resolver problemas, q talvez se tivesse feito tudo sem a cvc, teria sido mais fácil. Passei por 3 atendentes, pq para vender, estão a disposição, caso contrário.... Pior foi depois de tudo, a gerente falar q eles tem MUITA experiência. Para fazer a gente passar nervoso né?
I spent so much, but so much nervous for basic information, after having the package closed. I had to on my own, look for information, solve problems, that maybe if I had done everything without cvc, it would have been easier. I went through 3 attendants, because to sell, they are available, otherwise.... Worse was after all, the manager saying that they have a LOT of experience. To make us nervous, right?
