â â â â â Fiz minha primeira viagem pela cvc em dezembro de 2017 pra MaceiĂł e fiquei muito chateada com o hotel 3 estrelas que nos foi indicado. QuerĂamos um lugar simples, mas funcional. O hotel era antigo que nĂŁo era problema pra mim, mas faltava manutenção: Do elevador, cartĂŁo de entrada do quarto, tv e falta de energia. Pagamos um valor alto e confiamos por ter nome, mas ficamos decepcionados com o serviço vendido.
 I made my first trip through the cvc in December 2017 to MaceiĂł and I was very upset with the 3 star hotel that we were told. We wanted a simple but functional place. The hotel was old which was no problem for me, but lacked maintenance: elevator, room entry card, tv and lack of power. We paid a high value and trusted by name, but were disappointed with the service sold.

I was attended by Anderson, simply exceptional, he is very ethical, competent, has the patience to look for the best destinations and prices, I highly recommend it!

â â â â â Fechei uma viagem para 13/11 a 15/11 com eles, onde fui bem atendido presencialmente pelo gerente ou supervisor da unidade. Acontece que, procurei saber sobre a Black Friday (jĂĄ que recebo email direto) , e me encaminham para o whatsapp = Sem retorno.
Procuro tirar dĂșvidas sobre a viagem que estĂĄ para chegar = Sem retorno
ESTOU CHAMANDO DESDE O DIA 27/10 ATĂ AGORA, 10/11 = SEM RETORNO!
As mensagens sĂŁo recebidas. Outras unidades estĂŁo respondendo normalmente. Mas vocĂȘs nĂŁo!! Eu nĂŁo fiz nada gente, sĂł queria ter segurança sobre o andamento da viagem, quando devo ir buscar as coisas e se jĂĄ poderia ir ... Coisa simples, sabe????

I closed a trip for 11/13 to 11/15 with them, where I was well attended by the manager or supervisor of the unit. Turns out, I tried to find out about Black Friday (since I receive direct email), and they send me to whatsapp = No return.
I try to answer questions about the trip that is about to arrive = No return
I'M CALLING FROM 10/27 UNTIL NOW, 11/10 = NO RETURN!
Messages are received. Other units are responding normally. But not you!! I didn't do anything people, I just wanted to be sure about the progress of the trip, when I should go get my things and if I could go... Simple thing, you know????
Extremely dissatisfied with the service, it is my first experience of hiring with the Agency and the After Sales is simply horrible!!!
