★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não consegui resolver os assuntos, tiver várias vezes, tentei contato, porém sem êxito, minha experiência fui muito ruím... Em mais ou menos 12 meses pra resolver, e nada de resposta clara, ou algo q podese me dá alguma posição clara q me desse confiança, ....!
Atendimento nota zero = 0
Resolução de problemas nota = 0
Se pudermos da 0 de ? e na hora nãe passou nenhuma confiança e nem suporte, pelo contrário o tempo todo enrolado e dando respostas incoerentes já passou de 15 meses e nada do plobema resolvido amigavelmente.......................

Só não dou 5 estrelas para a loja porque o sistema frequentemente perde conexão de internet, frustrando a pesquisa, e o cliente tem de ir embora e voltar no outro dia. Já ocorreu comigo algumas vezes. Tirando esse problema técnico, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Parabéns para eles!
Staff very attentive and polite. Excellent service. Top marks for the human part! The only reason I don't give the store 5 stars is because the system often loses internet connection, frustrating the search, and the customer has to leave and come back the next day. It has happened to me a few times. Apart from this technical problem, the service from the employees is excellent. Congratulations to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior coisa que já fiz, vc paga caro por um péssimo atendimento. Não foi informado que os voos tinham sido alterados, tanto ida quando volta. Me falaram que enviariam os volcher dois dias antes da viagem e não enviaram, tive que ir até a agência buscar pois não me atendim nem respondiam, me entregaram um mas sem o código do voou, não consigo nem acompanhar pelo app sem ele. Até os boletos que iriam me enviar por email não enviaram tive que ligar várias vezes para me enviarem. Péssimo serviço além das diárias ter saído duas vezes o valor, caso fosse feito direto do hotel. Caro e péssimo serviço, não recomendo.

Terrible service in addition to the daily rates having been twice the value, if it was done directly from the hotel. Expensive and poor service, do not recommend.
