★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores experiências em termos de prestação de serviço . Mandou um funcionário na minha casa para reparar o aparelho de ar condicionado que eles próprios venderam e instalaram. O técnico chegou desrespeitosamente , foi arrogante comigo e meu marido precisou intervir . Mexeram nas máquinas do ar erroneamente e os aparelhos NUNCA funcionaram bem. Hora porque o gás escapava hora porque vazava água . Imploramos para que fossem arrumar o problema que eles mesmos nos causaram e a resposta era sempre a mesma: pode deixar que estamos verificando um horário. Resultado? Nosso ar condicionado continua quebrado, eles não nos respondem mais e não vieram arrumar o problema .
Se você quiser ter MUITA dor de cabeça , os contrate . Ah, e se quiser falta de respeito por parte dos funcionários , também é uma ótima opção
One of the worst experiences in terms of service provision. He sent an employee to my house to repair the air conditioning unit that they sold and installed themselves. The coach arrived disrespectfully, he was arrogant with me and my husband had to intervene. They messed up the air machines wrongly and the devices NEVER worked well. Time because the gas escaped time because water leaked. We begged them to fix the problem that they themselves caused us and the answer was always the same: leave it as we are checking a time. Result? Our air conditioning is still broken, they don't answer us anymore and they didn't come to fix the problem.
If you want to have a LOT of headaches, hire them. Oh, and if you want disrespect on the part of the employees, it's also a great option
