Esse Bruno é um advogado picareta e usa seu curso de direito para tentar intimidar os comerciantes. so que na CVS ele se deu mal pois apesar de ter resolvidos seus problemas fora do orçamento e garantia ele ouvi a verdade. depois de ter resouvido seu problema q não fasia parte do serviço pago por ele ainda vem com calúnias e difamações aqui. Porquê não procurou seus direitos tava com a nota em mãos. Além de desonesto é mentiroso, uma vergonha para a OAB.
This Bruno is a pickaxe lawyer and uses his law course to try to intimidate traders. but at CVS he did badly because despite having solved his problems outside the budget and guarantee he heard the truth. after having solved his problem, q was not part of the service he paid for, it still comes with slander and defamation here. Because he did not seek his rights, he had the bill in hand. Besides being dishonest he is a liar, a shame for the OAB.

CUIDADO! NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM! Vivi uma situação de extorsão hoje neste estabelecimento. Carlito, o dono do estabelecimento fez um serviço para o vidro subir e colocar o alarme na semana passada, dia 04/fevereiro/2020, no valor de R$ 240 o total, informando que tinha garantia de 3 anos. No dia seguinte o alarme já deu problema (não estava conectado com a trava elétrica) e ele foi dizendo que achava que o problema podia ser na porta. Mas conseguiu resolver o problema e não era a porta. Disse que teve uma mal contato. No domingo, dia 08/fevereiro, o vidro parou de descer, não funcionou mais. Por motivo de óbito do meu avô no mesmo domingo só pude ir hoje, dia 13/fevereiro, para pedir a resolução. Quando chego no estabelecimento, ele abre a porta, coloca lubrificante, e depois de uns 15 minutos diz que teve custos. Eu questionei, informando que o conserto tinha sido feito há 4 dias do problema, que era incorreto ele cobrar por uma falha que ele havia acabado de consertar. Ele disse que ele conhecia os direitos e que eu teria que pagar, guardando a chave do meu carro consigo. Após isso, falei que eu ia fazer contato com o Procon pois era uma abusividade. Ele respondeu, de forma agressiva e alterada, que eu podia ligar pra quem eu quisesse, mas que eu teria que pagar. Com isso pedi para o mecânico amigo que havia me indicado para ir lá resolver a situação. Eles resolveram, e acabou entregando a chave do carro. Informo que me senti extorquido pelo Carlito (dono do estabelecimento), pois ele segurou o carro, falou de forma agressiva e alterada, me obrigando a me submeter a abusividade dele. NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM! Obs.: no comentário feito pelo próprio proprietário, Carlito, respondendo aqui no Google, ele informa que eu me dei mal porque ouvi as coisas que ele falou. De fato, me dei muito mal, fui AMEAÇADO e EXTORQUIDO. E mesmo aqui, ele continua com sua AGRESSIVIDADE, confirmando seu mau-caráter e sua DESONESTIDADE. Além disso, informa que uso a OAB para prejudicar comerciante. Não sou advogado, muito menos prejudico homem trabalhador e honesto. Só destaquei a DESONESTIDADE evidente dessa empresa, para que outras pessoas não sejam coagidas, como eu fui.

They resolved, and ended up handing over the car keys. I inform that I felt extorted by Carlito (owner of the establishment), because he held the car, spoke aggressively and altered, forcing me to submit to his abusiveness. I DON'T INDICATE FOR ANYONE! Obs.: in the comment made by the owner himself, Carlito, answering here on Google, he informs me that I got sick because I heard the things he said. In fact, I did very badly, I was THREATENED and EXTORTED. And even here, he continues with his AGGRESSIVENESS, confirming his bad character and DISHONESTY. Also, informs that I use the OAB to harm merchant. I'm not a lawyer, much less harm a hardworking and honest man. I only highlighted the evident DISHONESTY of this company, so that other people are not coerced, as I was.
