★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 03-01-2022 entrei em contato com essa empresa pelo canal comercial (Whatsapp) solicitando 1 orçamento da recarga de 3 extintores em mmeu estabelecimento comercial. Expliquei a funcionária BRUNA que teria uma auditoria de Bombeiros agendado no dia 10 JAN ( HOJE) e ela me confirmou que o prazo para realizar a recarga seria até no máximo dia 07-JAN. Diante do valor orçado e prazo eu aprovei o serviço.
Lamentávelmente a irresponsabilidade dos funcionários causaram enorme transtorno em meu comércio. Eles foram a minha loja retiraram os extintores e até agora neste momento NÃO me retornaram.
Já liguei inúmeras vezes para as 2 Proprietárias

Simone ( não me atende mais ) , e me prometeu que iria me entregar os 3 extintores HOJE ainda até 21:00 hs.
Um verdadeiro descaso , sem igual em uma parte de SEGURANÇA.
Vou fazer uma denúncia aos orgãos competentes para que possa investigar e cancelar o alvará desta empresa completamente irresponsável !
On 01-03-2022 I contacted this company through the commercial channel (Whatsapp) requesting 1 quote for the recharge of 3 fire extinguishers in my commercial establishment. I explained to employee BRUNA that I would have a fire department audit scheduled on the 10th of JAN (TODAY) and she confirmed that the deadline to carry out the recharge would be up to the 07th of JAN. Given the budgeted amount and deadline, I approved the service.
Unfortunately, the irresponsibility of the employees caused a huge inconvenience in my business. They went to my store and removed the fire extinguishers and so far they have NOT returned it to me.
I have called numerous times to the 2 Owners
Agna (doesn't answer me)
Simone (she doesn't answer me anymore), and promised me that she would deliver the 3 extinguishers TODAY until 21:00 pm.
A real neglect, without equal in a part of SECURITY.
I will make a complaint to the competent bodies so that I can investigate and cancel the license of this completely irresponsible company!
