Gosto muito de fazer pedaladas urbanas e comecei a pesquisar sobre o assunto na internet chegando no Messenger da Cycle São Cristóvão. Passei uma mensagem para eles explicando minha situação e tive a resposta muito rápida. Fui na loja e conversei pessoalmente com o Marcos sempre gentil e prestativo. Expliquei o tipo de bicicleta que queria e pediu um prazo de 4 dias para montar a bike e se iria gostar da mesma, sempre me dando feedback pelo Messenger. No prazo marcado fui na loja e mostrou a bike feita no estilo que pedi. Gostei muito e agora é ser feliz e aproveitar as pedaladas. Sempre que me perguntam sobre compra, venda ou mecânica de bicicleta indico essa loja. Todos que trabalham nessa casa estão de parabéns pelo atendimento, educação e paciência com os clientes.
I have known this store since I was 9, now 43. It has always been a reference in the city of Teresópolis, when it comes to bicycles. I really enjoy doing urban cycling and I started researching the subject on the internet, arriving at the Messenger of Cycle São Cristóvão. I passed a message to them explaining my situation and got a very quick response. I went to the store and talked personally with Marcos, always kind and helpful. I explained the type of bike I wanted and asked for a period of 4 days to assemble the bike and if I would like it, always giving me feedback via Messenger. On time I went to the store and showed the bike made in the style I asked for. I really liked it and now it's being happy and enjoying the rides. Whenever I am asked about buying, selling or bicycle mechanics, I recommend this store. Everyone who works in this house is to be congratulated for the service, education and patience with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente loja, com boa oferta de produtos e preços incrivelmente aceitáveis. Me surpreende que equipamentos e peças sejam mais baratos do que no Rio de Janeiro. O atendimento é muito profissional, vendedor Alexandre entende realmente de ciclismo, e ajuda a instruir leigos e iniciantes. Tive alguns poréns com a oficina mecânica, mas nem tudo é perfeito na vida. No geral, uma loja muito boa mesmo, melhor que muito cicle na capital.
