Agora que precisei de mais uma carga das mesmas camisas, sofri para entrar em contato e quando entrei fui bem desvalorizado pela atendente que, inclusive, desligou o telefone na minha cara. Diante da situação, formulei uma reclamação ao dono da empresa, o qual disse que não tinham costume de tratar os clientes dessa forma e que iria pedir para alguém me contactar, porém, mais uma vez fui desprezado. Essa é uma empresa que desrespeita os seus clientes descaradamente!
Two years ago I was well attended by the company. Now that I needed another load of the same shirts, I suffered to get in touch and when I entered I was well undervalued by the attendant who even hung up the phone in my face. Given the situation, I made a complaint to the owner of the company, who said that they had no habit of treating customers that way and would ask someone to contact me, but once again I was scorned. This is a company that blatantly disrespects its customers!
