★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma peça para manutenção preventiva da minha F250, a peça que comprei na Auto Peças Diesel & Cia apresentou problemas com menos de 1.000km, tive um prejuízo de R$6.350,00 de transporte, guincho e peças que por conta da peça vendida tive que trocar.
Entrei em contato e eles estão me negando o ressarcimento, assim como a Nota Fiscal e também a formalizar a negação do ressarcimento. Negando garantia da peça, dizendo que não é da aplicação Cummins, sendo que comprei uma peça original e paguei por ela. Ao invés de terem hombridade e assumirem a culpa, culpam terceiros que não tem nada haver com a peça comprada com defeito, vendida por eles para não ressarcir meu prejuízo, tão pouco pagar a garantia da peça.
CUIDADO ! ! ! Não respeitam o cliente, não existe seriedade muito menos profissionalismo!!!!
I bought a part for preventive maintenance on my F250, the part I bought at Auto Parts Diesel & Cia had problems with less than 1,000km, I had a loss of R$6,350.00 in transport, winch and parts that because of the part sold I had to to replace.
I got in touch and they are denying me the reimbursement, as well as the Invoice and also formalizing the denial of reimbursement. Denying warranty on the part, saying it is not from the Cummins application, since I bought an original part and paid for it. Instead of having manhood and taking the blame, they blame third parties who have nothing to do with the defective part purchased, sold by them so as not to reimburse my loss, nor pay the part's warranty.
CAUTION ! ! ! They do not respect the customer, there is no seriousness much less professionalism!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaram o valor errado da peça , sai de uma cidade para ir buscar , chego lá não era o valor , tenho a conversa toda com vendedor me confirmando o preço . E ainda por cima um outro vendedor veio me atender sem paciência .
Cuidados com os valores que passam pra vcs , pois no fim não adianta o código do consumidor não é levado a sério .
They passed the wrong value of the piece, I leave a city to pick it up, when I get there it wasn't the value, I have the whole conversation with the seller confirming the price. And on top of that, another salesperson came to meet me without patience.
Be careful with the values that pass to you, because in the end the consumer code is not taken seriously.
