★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saí do bairro em que moro, próximo à represa, para comprar um sapato e um tênis. Na D Calçados, encontrei preços maravilhosos em alguns sapatos. Nas duas vezes que solicitei os produtos, o vendedor me trouxe modelos diferentes dos solicitados. Em uma das vezes, cheguei a fotografar o modelo na vitrine e pra minha surpresa o vendedor novamente não trouxe o modelo solicitado.
O cliente está com dinheiro no bolso, solicitando um modelo específico. Se não tem, não tem. Peça desculpas ao cliente e ponto. Isso, sem falar na falta de educação do vendedor que me atendeu. Da minha parte, o procedimento é simples. Nessa loja, não compro mais...
